If you have purchased our products from another store, please contact them to inform you about the procedure.



• The special return form should be sent to us at the beginning of each month, if the value of the goods is more than 200 USD with list prices.

• For returns of goods due to your wrong order, the special return form should be sent to us within 3 days of receipt so that we can answer if your return is accepted. Besides, the shipping costs of the products will be borne by you.

• In case we send you the wrong goods, the return form must be sent to us within 3 days of receipt. The shipping costs of the products will be borne by us.

• The warranty for radiated led lamps is NOT valid if you do not attach to us the make and model of the dimmer in which they were fitted.

• Returns are NOT accepted for goods damaged during transport because the goods travel under the responsibility of the customer and the carrier. Therefore, the goods should be checked upon receipt and if damage is found, do not receive them.

• We will NOT receive returns of goods for any reason if we have not returned to you the special merchandise return form signed and stamped by us.

• Consult your seller on how to check the goods to be returned.
